Job Description

Monitor the performance, reporting and tuning of Oracle Databases.
Design database packages and procedures.
Creation and maintenance of SQL queries and routines.
Analyses user and business requirements and design and implement appropriate solutions.
Design and code programs following in-house standards and good design principles.
To arrange testing for all new systems.
To ensure that all programs are documented to the company standards.
To provide advice and guidance to other members of the team.
Create functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support
application development.
Take regular database backup.
Support the users of application with using multiple SQL and PL SQL
techniques.
Skills / Attributes Required:

In-depth knowledge of Oracle.
Knowledge of Database normalization.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Knowledge of Unix / Linux.
Data warehousing knowledge.
Ability to work with multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
Experience using Business Objects.
Experience of BI reports creation and publishing.
Provide authentication and authorizations for Database.
