JR. HR EXECUTIVE
Requires minimum 1.5 year of experience
Maintaining employee database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
Joining Formalities
Preparing & Issuing HR Related Letter
Should have Experience in Handling Salary Concerns/Statutory Compliances
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Experience with Pre activities & post activities of payroll (Attendance/Leave Management/Shift Scheduling Etc)
Handling Gratuity,PF & ESIC process & concerns Etc.,
