Job Summary

Required Franchisee/Business Development Manager who shall be

Responsible for business growth in terms of new franchise partners acquisition
able to close the Lead and persuade into a franchise
able to develop the entire franchisee outlets

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle leads from Social Media, Mails and website for Franchisee
Identify Franchise Partners as per the Franchise business plan.
Identify Franchise partners for key identified markets
Ensure end to end ownership for Franchise sign ups and setup.
Coordinate with Franchise partners to make business plans and track business
Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company guidelines
Coordinate with support functions at Head Office.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Management or Marketing,
3+ years of Management, Franchise development
Marketing or leadership position for the Franchisee Development
Candidate from Retail sector will be preferred.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
