Role:
Data Entry and Order management Specialist Cum Accountant
Experience in handling basic accounting and related data entries.
Should be able to handle order management tools and coordinate with staff for the same.
Help in making deliveries ready and deal with supplier on regular basis.
Basic Knowledge of fabrics.
Advance Excl & Basic GST

Key Role Responsibilities:

 Should be able to handle all inward and outward transaction on day to day basis.
 Should be able to handle all operations or work related documents and file it in a suitable way.
 Should prove his mettle in learning the in-house software
 Should carry all accounting related task regularly.
 Regular reporting and work scheduling to higher rank Subordinate.
* Should Maintain generate Order, Cancel Order, All Complete or Pending payments details with date.

Key Criteria for Selection:

 Quick learner
 Can do calculations accurately and orally.
 Should know basis of accounting and statistics
 Should insight curiosity to learn and develop along his career path.
 Effectively communicates though all channels.
 Candidate should be able to prioritize task and should be able to make quick independent decisions.
 Should be Honest, Punctual and time pliant.
 Agree to join the firm for minimum 1 ½ years with the notice period of 2 month after the request for termination is raised. Candidate’s resignation will not be accepted unless proper replacement is placed and trained in his place.
 Candidate is required to submit his latest pay slip from previous employer is any before final selection.
 Selection process will take at least 7 days. (Disclaimer: Candidate will be adequately trained in all his key responsibility areas after joining the firm.)

Job Location: New Bombay Market
Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Sat, 10 AM to 8 PM)
Education: Graduate in Commerce or Accountancy or certified accountancy course from esteemed institute.
Graduate in science stream.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Salary: Negotiable based on the skill set and experience of the candidate. Range: 12000 to 15000
