Job Description

Bachelor degree in English Medium and 3+ years of experience in Voice BPO/RPO is must deal with USA clients on a day to day bases
Must work during USA time (8 PM to 6 AM Indian Standard time)- 5 days a week with 1 hour paid lunch break
Stable work history
Proficient using multiple social media sites to recruit (i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
Able to utilize tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of the traditional recruitment methods
Able to prioritize and multi-tasking
cold calling to current and potential candidates
Perform online research for resume and candidate profiles using job boards, social networking sites, etc.
Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screens (availability, interest, salary range, relocation needs, and to confirm candidates meet basic qualifications)
Manage the company and employee licensing and credentialing process, send out license renewals/expiration lists to managers, and ensure timeline compliance, as needed
Applicants must be-be comfortable to work with US time zone
Experience successfully building relationships (in sales, recruiting, or other relationship-based models and networks)
